Toyota’s new sporty sports car will be called “Moto” and will have a range of three models from 2019-2021
The next generation of Toyota’s sports car is expected to be called the “Mountain,” according to a report.
The report in Japanese newspaper Nikkei said the new model would be called a “MOTOR” and would have a combined range of four models.
The company is working on the next generation “MOTO” with a design by the future Moto Group, the Nikkeis said.
The next model is expected sometime in 2021, according to the Nikkes.
The publication also reported that the next model will be a sporty version of the upcoming “Mazda” crossover, which will also be based on the “MX-5.”
Toyota’s MX-5 crossover will also feature a more powerful engine.
The Nikkees report did not specify when that model would debut, but the company has been teasing its first MX-6 sports car since late 2016.
It also said that the upcoming MX-7 will be the next-generation MX-8.
The model name is expected “from 2021 to 2025,” according the Nikkais.
The Japanese automaker also said it is developing a new crossover model for the next year, but it did not provide details.
Toyota’s next sports car could come in two models, according the company, and both of those models will come with more power than its MX-3.
Toyota is planning to introduce four more vehicles with its “MX” brand in 2021-2023, including a sportier MX-9, which is expected for 2019-2020.
The new MX-series of cars will feature a new engine, the company said.
Toyota said it will also introduce two new SUVs for 2021-21, the MX-4 and MX-12.
It has also launched the MX5 SUV, which comes with a sport roof and sport seats.
Toyota also plans to introduce a sports coupe in 2021 for the first time.
