Monte Carlo is preparing to refinance the $20 million loan it made to a former boyfriend of the actress’ in 2012, as well as another $20,000 in a $5 million loan to the former model.
The company has agreed to take out the loan to cover the cost of the $50 million purchase price of the Porsche 911 Carrera 4 Turbo and to pay off the car loan within 30 days.
It has also agreed to repay the $12 million to the actress, who sold her Porsche for $3 million in 2013.
The deal was announced on Friday at the Cannes Film Festival.
The actress and her then-boyfriend, actor Marko Cederholm, are currently dating, although it is unclear if they have a child together.
The two were together for almost a decade.
The move comes just weeks after the company announced it was offering to pay $250 million to finance her first major movie, The Devil Wears Prada.
The company is also preparing to buy her own car, which is currently under construction in Mexico, as part of the deal.
The actor is due to appear in the film later this year, but Monte Carlo says the financing of the purchase will be done within the next three months.
